Custom Assignments

Let's break down each field for customizing the automatic assignment attempts:

Number of Attempt: This field specifies the attempt number, starting from 1. Attempts do not have to be consecutive and will run after reaching the specified attempt number. If there is no attempt, the system will try with the last one made.
Limit Amount of Orders: This parameter is utilized when vehicles are not assigned, as vehicles have their own limit of orders. It helps to control the number of orders assigned within a specific attempt.
Ignore Status in Request: When set to true, this field ignores orders with the status of Complete Request and Cancel Request when counting for the order limit. It helps in managing order allocation based on order status.
Retry Time: This is the time interval between each attempt in case an order is not assigned due to constraints in the last attempt. The system will retry after this specified time to optimize order allocation.
Own Fleet Rules: Here, you can modify a set of rules to constrain certain values when searching for drivers in your fleet. Rules may include validation of minimum/maximum order amounts, maximum distance to pickup/delivery destinations, payment status, valid vehicle types, and accepted payment methods.
Fleet Priority: Configure the priority of your own fleet against other partners if configured. It helps in prioritizing orders for your own fleet over other partners based on specified criteria.
Disable Fleet: This field allows you to disable or enable your fleet after a certain number of attempts. It provides flexibility in managing fleet availability based on dynamic operational requirements.
Max Route Distance: Specifies the maximum distance from the route generated for all the orders carried by the driver. It helps in optimizing route planning and ensuring efficient order delivery.
Search Distance: This filter is used to search for drivers within a specified radius over the pickup destination. It assists in finding suitable drivers within a defined geographical area.
Max Fee: Set a limit on the quote prices of partner deliveries to avoid overpricing. This ensures that orders are not delegated to partners with excessively high quotes.
Status of Attempt: Enable or disable the attempt based on operational needs.
Business Unit: Configure which business units can use this attempt. It allows for targeted assignment strategies based on business unit requirements.
Branches: Specify the branches allowed to use this attempt. It can be left empty to allow all branches within the configured business units.
