Register a partnership to be of use in you workspace, this will make a register of workspace partnerships, but be careful, everytime you create a register and you have already one will duplicate the workspace partnership, but this is of use when you want enable a the service for differente business units, branches or use different credentials, be sure to add a name to identifiy this register
